Terms

Last updated October 16, 2026

By using echocard you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Using echocard

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your email account secure, since it's how you sign in.
• Don't use echocard to send anything unlawful, harassing, or that you don't have the right to share.

Your content

The messages and photos you add are yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the people you share your cards with can open them. The illustrations and designs provided by echocard are for use on your cards within echocard.

Reports and removals

If a card you received breaks these terms, use Report on the card. We review every report. We may remove cards that break these terms, which stops their link working, and we may suspend the accounts that sent them.

Availability

echocard is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your cards safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we're not liable for losses that come from using it.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
